Let’s get to know each other!
The Woman
Behind the Camera
Hello! I'm Mo, short for Moriah. I landed in Boone in 2019 for Appalachian State and never left—partly because of the mountains, but mostly because my dog, Rosemary, refuses to live anywhere else. I'm a jack of many trades, always picking up new skills—crocheting, learning a new instrument, or anything that lets my creativity flow. That curiosity is what led me to photography. I started out doing photoshoots with friends from school, got inspired to buy my own camera, and never looked back. Now, it’s become a passion I feel truly honored to share with the world.
I love capturing the in-between moments—the ones that feel real, unfiltered, and full of life. Living in Boone has taught me how to slow down and notice the small details that make life beautiful, and that’s exactly what I strive to bring into my work. My goal is to craft intimate, emotion-filled images that preserve memories in a way that feels true to you. Instead of stiff poses, I create a space where you can just be, and I’ll be there to capture the magic as it unfolds.
Can’t wait to meet you!
